H&M SS14 For Her
Bored of the weather already? Not to worry - we all have something to look forward to and that's the Spring/Summer 2014 collections in stores along Regent Street. Out with the old and in with the new we say. What better way to cheer yourself up and remind you of the sun that is behind those clouds, than prep for the warmer months ahead of us? The shortest day of the year has passed and now, each and every day gets a little lighter and brighter. With that in mind, look to the new H&M collection in the flagship store on Regent Street for your look next season.
Borrowing from boho and the looks of the wild wild west, H&M blends feminine shapes and dainty detailing with bold patterns and prints. Billowing white blouses layered over tight skinny jeans and teamed with cow boy boots makes for an insouciant approach to spring style. Take reference from the styling in H&M's fashion film and pair an oversized fringed jumper or loose fitting shirt with over-the-knee boots for a sultry addition to this laid-back look.
Key materials are leather, denim and suede. Did you see Tarantino's Django last year? We can't help but think reference has been taken from the colour palette of this film. On the catwalk, brands Creatures of Comfort, Diane Von Furstenberg and Donna Karan supported the cow boy-cum-boho blending trend.
