Regent Street is delighted to welcome Bottletop to the neighbourhood, as it opens the doors to its first ever, brand new concept store at 84 Regent Street.
Loved by fashion heavyweights around the world from Anna Wintour, Clare Danes to Livia Firth, Bottletop's timeless, hand crafted designs are works of art with a conscience.
Created by the founder of much-loved British brand Mulberry Roger Saul and his son Cameron Saul, Bottletop sets out to redefine 'luxury' with its stylish, sustainable handbags. All of its designs are made by hand in Brazil, with proceeds used to fund the Bottletop Foundation; a charitable initiative. The Bottletop Foundation supports educational health projects across Ethiopia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Brazil and the UK, tackling sensitive teenage issues from HIV/AIDS and drug abuse to gender inequality.
The new long term pop-up store on Regent Street is a world-first for the brand and the truly unique store marries industrial design with contemporary art in an interior that reflects Bottletop's collections and values. Core materials used to craft the Bottletop collection are highlighted in the décor, such as raw metal and certified ‘Amazon Zero Deforestation leather’; bespoke leather from a pioneering project led by Bottletop to protect Brazil against deforestation and ensure responsible sourcing.
Another design highlight is the store’s stunning metal canopy inspired by Turner Prize winner Rachel Whiteread's sculpture for Bottletop - a can minus the ring pull. Spread throughout the store, the installation is created entirely from sustainably-sourced and up-cycled materials, featuring over 2,700 cans individually suspended from the ceiling, providing the perfect backdrop to the sumptuous collection of bags and accessories.
