Below Zero restaurant and lounge is celebrating one or two things this month, with a spanking new refurbishment... as well as a brand new head chef!
To mark the occasion, the popular venue is holding a food and wine pairing evening on Wednesday May 28. At this exciting event, guests will enjoy a fantastic new modern European influenced menu, paired with a selection of wine chosen especially for the occasion by wine connoisseur of the General Wine Company, Chris McCann.
On the evening, each course will be presented by Sean, followed by a short presentation from Chris on each of the wines. Among the dishes one can expect are Seared Scottish salmon and Lavender smoked wood pigeon finished off with White chocolate fondant with crystallized fruits.
