Taste of London Festival

Richard Corrigan, head chef for Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill, will be taking part in the Taste of London Festival 2010 between 17-20 June.

Taste of London, at Regent's Park, is London's first and largest pop-up restaurant festival.

Now in its seventh year, Taste of London offers up the capital's finest chefs and restaurants for you to enjoy, all in one fabulous location.

Corrigan will no doubt bring with him the culinary skills for which he is renowned at Bentley's, on Swallow Street in the Regent Street Food Quarter.

Situated in a historic listed building, Bentley’s is one of Regent Street's finest restaurants, quite the accolade among so much stiff competition.

Bentley’s first opened its doors in 1916 in the same beautiful old Victorian building it occupies today.

On the market in 2005, Corrigan himself the saw the chance to restore Bentley’s to its former glory, subsequently re-opening post refurbishment to reveal much of the original finishing touches still in place.

Still in place also was the critical acclaim that the venue has always attracted, with Bentley’s today known across the city for its delicious oysters, fish and seafood.

Spread over three floors, Bentley's boasts The Oyster Bar on the ground floor, serving fish and seafood dishes from midday throughout the evening.

The Champagne Bar, also on the ground floor, is open from midday until late serving classic and contemporary cocktails.

In fact, Time Out magazine has voted Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill as no.13 in its list of the Top 30 places to dine in London. Not a bad review, it has to be said.

With the al-fresco terrace to enjoy this summer, why not book a table at Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill today...
