Keeping In Touch

After months of specualtion, the Apple iPhone has finally arrived! On Friday 9 November, at precisely 6:02pm, those who had desired this little wonder for quite some time were finally able to own the revolutionary product.

So has it been worth the wait? And the build up? With combined mobile phone, widescreen ipod and a breakthrough internet device, the iPhone certainly promises to fulfill many a daily need, and more besides. Not only that, but its sleek black style gives it an attractive edge and multi-touch interface and pioneering software means users can control the phone with a simple tap, flick or pinch of their fingers. Snazzy indeed...

Eager users have not been the only ones anticipating and preparing for the launch. Ron Johnson, Senior Vice President of Apple says "Every Apple store will offer support  for iPhone at the legendary Genius Bar... you can learn how to get the most out of your phone by attending a free workshop". Johnson elaborated by explaining that guidance could also be sought by scheduling a personal training session through the One-to-One program that Apple offer.

The iPhone, available on the 02 network, with 8GB of storage and compatability with both PC and Mac, is on sale at the Regent Street flagship Apple store for £269. Easy to activate, the iPhone can be set up from the comfort of your own home, with iTunes helping to guide you through the simple steps.

Due to expected high demand, initially phones will be sold two per person, on a first come, first served basis.

Make sure you don't miss out on the product launch of the year by popping down to the Regent Street store.
