Developments on Regent Street

Regent Street
is a unique international destination, a world class environment that delivers quality, heritage, style and success. It is a place for people, business and shopping.

Regent Street represents the largest concentration of value in The Crown Estate's portfolio. It is part of the core of the Estate, both commercially and historically. Over 10,000 people work on Regent Street. There are over 700 small and medium sized businesses on the street and over 150 retail and catering outlets. In all there are some 450 direct customers who hold leases from The Crown Estate.

All the property in Regent Street from Oxford Circus to Piccadilly Circus is part of The Crown Estate. The existing buildings in the street were developed in the 1920s and as a result much of the retail and office accommodation is in need of refurbishment.
