Chef Germán Martitegui of Tegui will be hosting a series of events at Gaucho Piccadilly
Chef Germán Martitegui, of Argentina’s best restaurant Tegui, is set to visit Gaucho Piccadilly this April for an unmissable series of culinary events.
If visiting Tegui in Buenos Aires, ranked number 14 in the ‘World’s 50 Best’, is on your bucket list, this is an exciting opportunity to experience its truly remarkable Argentinian cuisine. Tegui is celebrated for its ever-evolving menu that pays homage to Latin cooking.
Indeed, Martitegui is one of the world’s most highly respected chefs. A prodigy of Francis Mallman, Martitegui is best known for creating minimalist yet highly technical dishes that are bold and daring. Martitegui was chosen by his peers to win the World’s 50 Best Chef’s Choice Award in 2017 and he continues to go from strength to strength.
Martitegu will be at Gaucho Piccadilly from 9 – 11th April exclusively. The tasting menu for these events intends to take you on a journey across Argentina’s 23 provinces, from the mountains of Salta to the verdant pastures of Patagonia.
- Tuesday 9th April: An intimate evening hosted by Germán Martitegu, he will dine with you and guide guests through his 6-course menu paired with Argentina's best wines. Tickets: £160 for a 6-course tasting menu & wine pairings
- Wednesday 10th April & Thursday 11th April: Germán Martitegui and his team will be taking over service for two nights transporting you to Tegui with his 6-course tasting menu. Tickets: £100 for a 6-course tasting menu
