Celebrate International Women’s Day with a truly inspiring female voice – poet and activist Telixia Inico. Telixia grew up in South London and credits poetry for helping her escape the gang culture that she was a part of.
On 8th March, Telixia will be spreading messages of hope to other women in London by hosting a poetry writing workshop at Apple’s Regent Street store.
Speaking about her own powerful life experiences, and how she has crafted these into an art form, Telixia will encourage you to write a poem that draws upon your emotions. You will then use Apple technology to craft your words into lyrics.
