Looking for an active way to keep your little ones entertained this summer? Little Liberty will be hosting Wobbelyoga in-store on Wednesday 7th August for children between the ages of 2 and 7.
Wobbelyoga is a yoga class with a difference, as it has been designed specifically to help children to improve their strength and balance, in a fun and playful way. The Wobbel board used during the practice has rhythmic movements that calm the mind and body of even the youngest of guests.
During the hour-long session, kids will be encouraged to stretch out and become more aware of their body’s movements, building on this so they leave the class feeling confident and ready for the summer.
Please note times and age restrictions for the sessions in Heritage Suite on 3 below. All children must be accompanied by an adult in the workshop at all times:
- 11:30am – 12:30pm: for toddlers aged 2 – 3. Children will need assistance from an adult on the Wobbel board throughout the session.
- 1 – 2pm: for children aged 4 – 7. Children ages 4 – 7 years may be able to use the Wobbel board independently, however an accompanying adult must stay in the workshop with them at all times
