15 New Burlington Place, W1S 2HX

A restaurant renowned for its authentic and elegant Italian cuisine, Frescobaldi’s homemade pasta dishes are unrivalled. Yet, the Risotto served with asparagus, parsley and fragrant truffle (£28) steals the crown as our favourite vegetarian dish on Frescobaldi’s menu; sophisticated and packed with flavour, it’s simply delicious.

The burrata, served with asparagus, peas, mint and crispy radishes (£17) is also a hero dish for vegetarians. The peas and mint add an extra zing, whilst the crispy radishes harmonise perfectly against the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the burrata. Heavenly.

Heddon Street Kitchen
3-9 Heddon Street, W1B 4BE

A firm favourite with locals and visitors alike, Gordon Ramsay’s Heddon Street Kitchen serve a choice of two gorgeous flatbreads; one with butternut squash, mushrooms, caper berries and Taleggio cheese and the other, aubergine puree, red pepper, goat cheese and mint pesto (both £9.50). Served on wooden boards and smothered with flavoursome, fresh toppings, they’re a great go-to for lunch or a quick bite to share.

15 Maddox Street, W1S 2QQ

This Greek deli-cafe is a haven for vegetarians. Its menu features an array of delicious ‘toasts’ that mix toppings from olive tapenade to halloumi and sun dried tomatoes, as well as classic Greek delicacies including spinach & feta cheese pie (£4.90). We recommend indulging in a Greek artisanal cheeseboard from £8 (100g) to £15 (200g) and a selection of their indulgent homemade dips including tzatsiki, hummus and smoked aubergine; perfect for sharing with friends and loved ones.

Ralph’s Coffee & Bar
173 Regent Street, W1B 4JQ

For those with a sweet tooth, Ralph’s Coffee & Bar tops the list with its simply named ‘Ice Cream Sundae’ (£8). But don’t be fooled, expect layers of rich vanilla ice cream, sticky caramel corn, lashings of warm chocolate sauce, topped with whipped cream and crunchy peanuts.

Its open vegetable sandwich (£10) is also a worth a mention, combining burrata, heirloom tomatoes, arugula and pomegranate molasses on toasted sourdough. A feast for the eyes as well as the palate.

Thomas’s Café at Burberry
5 Vigo Street, W1S 3HA

Thomas’s Cafe offers, classic, simple British dishes that have lashings of flavours. Which is why for us, there’s something very special about its humble hot buttered crumpets (£5). Homemade and served fresh with jam and butter, it’s the ultimate comfort food that stirs tastebuds as well as fond memories.

Next time you're browsing the rails of Liberty, stop by its cool, but quintessentially British café to discover a roasted Mediterranean vegetable tart (£14.95) that's worth talking about.
