NHS Clap for Our Carers
A nationwide campaign launched on Thursday 26th March with many of us from across the UK united in clapping for all of those working tirelessly on the frontlines. In addition, many iconic landmarks across the country, were lit up in blue to pay homage to those from the healthcare sector, whether Doctors, Nurses, Ambulance Drivers, Administrative teams, cleaners and more. Bravo from us too.
L’Occitane: soothing sore hands
To date L’Occitane has donated 10,000 hand creams to the NHS to help soothe hardworking hands. Many healthcare workers are experiencing dryer skin than usual due to constant hand washing and increased use of sanitising gel, so this kind gift of rich moisturising cream to soothe their skin will undoubtedly come in handy (no pun intended).
Burberry swaps fashion for face masks
British fashion powerhouse Burberry is making its own contribution to the fight against COVID-19, adapting its global supply chain to fast-track the delivery of 100,000 face marks to the NHS. Furthermore, the trench coat factory in Castleford has been temporarily repurposed to make non-surgical gowns and masks for UK hospitals, and funds from the business are being channelled into Oxford University’s single dose vaccine research and food poverty charities in the UK.

Neat Burger supporting the NHS
Neat Burger has joined forces with Deliveroo to send free meals to NHS workers as a thank you for all their hard work. Their vegan and vegetarian meals will be a welcome offering at the end of a long shift. Neat Burger, together with other restaurant partners, will deliver a total of 500,000 meals.
Brooks Brothers convert US factories
Another inspiring story comes from Brooks Brothers, who are in the process of readying their American factories to begin producing 150,000 masks per day to protect those on the frontline of battling the spread of COVID-19 in the US.
H&M Group helps healthcare workers
The H&M Group (including brands: H&M, H&M Home, Weekday, Arket, Cos, & Other Stories) is now updating its supply chain to produce personal protective equipment for hospitals and health care workers.
BOTTLETOP raising funds to fight disease globally
BOTTLETOP has set up the #TOGETHER fund with the BOTTLETOP Foundation to raise money to help patients have access to the care they need. 50% of funds raise will be dedicated to Covid-19 Solitary Fund for WHO and Medicins sans Frontieres, whilst 50% will go towards the UN's Sustainable Goals for people and planet. The company is also supporting growth in Brazil (where the atelier is housed) by raising demand for skills, employment, health education and more to the local area. Find out more here.
The Body Shop proves sharing is caring
With many front line workers experiencing dry skin and marks from masks, The Body Shop is on hand to help by giving 225,000 products to hospitals across the UK.
LEON restaurants launches the #FeedNHS campaign
A campaign created by LEON and spearheaded by actors Damien Lewis, Helen McCrory and Matt Lucas, the ambition is to raise £1 million to serve 6,000 meals each day to London hospitals. If you'd like to make a donation in support of this inspiring initiative, please visit here.
Zara & Mango donates to Spanish hospitals
Zara and Mango confirmed they're donating face masks and hospital gowns to healthcare workers and Coronavirus patients, to help combat the shortage in Spain.
Barbour produces PPE
To support the fight against COVID-19, Barbour will now be creating Personal Protective Equipment to share with staff in urgent need of these items. Barbour has collaborated with the North East Trusts and Royal Victoria Infirmary to ensure their garments go to the best possible places.
Ralph Lauren begins producing medical masks and more
The Ralph Lauren Corporation is producing 250,000 masks and 25,000 isolation gowns alongside its manufacturing partners. Polo Ralph Lauren - along with The Conduit, Gail's Bakery and Rocket caterers - will be providing more than 25,000 meals to NHS workers at key London hospitals.
Boss creates masks for public facilities
Hugo Boss has dedicated its production site in Germany to manufacturing face masks. These will be donated to public facilities. See the team hard at work here.
Sandro Paris launches the Sandro Take Care Initiative
Sandro's Take Care Initiative has launched to share positive across a number of cities across the globe. Every Friday, the brand will be providing hospital staff with a tasty breakfast in a different city. The team has already created 10,000 safety masks for non-hospital staff.
The British Fashion Council's Covid Crisis Fund
The British Fashion Council's BFC Foundation Covid Crisis Fund is designed to support creative fashion businesses and individuals at this time. £1 million emergency funds are available to support designers, with a percentage of the funds also underpinning the future generation of creative talent and will go to students. The world unites to support and praise the efforts of Captain Tom Moore
Captain Tom Moore stole the hearts of the nation and beyond with his commitment to walk 100 lengths of his garden to celebrate his 100th birthday. What began as an ambition to raise £1000 for NHS Charities Together has gained global momentum, with 99-yar-old war veteran Tom raising £30 million at time of writing. He has also received over 125,000 birthday cards from well-wishers around the globe. You can read his story and donate here.

Two beauty industry giants, Jo Malone London and Estee Lauder have joined forces to produce and donate hand sanitiser for front-line workers.
Boots supports the vulnerable
Boots have likewise teamed up with The Hygiene Bank and Fare Share UK to donate personal care products to those in need.

Regent Street Rooftop Gardens
For Earth Day, we're celebrating the green gardens, high above our street. Encouraging biodiversity for bees, birds, butterflies and bats, there is even a communal allotment. We're also have 100,000 honeybees in our hives in the sky, read more about the bees (and our beekeeper) here.

Gaucho partners to donate meals to health workers
Argentinian-style Gaucho is proudly partnering with the The Hildon Foundation and M Restaurants to donate 1,000 meals per week to NHS heroes. Gaucho will also be hosting a 'Dinner of Appreciation' for 200 NHS workers on the 28th September.
