Diaries at the ready: you will want to note down the 10th March as a key date. Heddon Street’s latest venture, Fallow is set to open in the restaurant incubator space 10 Heddon Street. Fallow is the brainchild of Will Murray and Jack Croft – both of whom have come from Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and are hot off the press from their residency Crispin in Spitalfields. These creative chefs will be bringing their culinary credentials to Heddon Street’s foodie enclave and bookings are now open.
A nose-to-tail, or root-to-stem approach to cooking will underpin the entire menu at Fallow. Championing seasonality, the offering is satisfying and sustainable, with dishes such as bone marrow & parsley, corn ribs, and dairy cow with smoked beetroot. For sweet treats, we’re intrigued by the Yorkshire rhubarb with white chocolate yoghurt, and equally tempted by the cheese with malt loaf cake and walnut and date purée.
Alongside the seasonal menu, the Fallow team will be hosting internationally-renowned chefs on a monthly basis – details of which will be announced over the coming weeks.
