Chef Mark Jarvis (of Anglo and Neo Bistro) has launched his third London restaurant, Stem, just off Regent Street. Stem is a 36 seater restaurant showcasing modern seasonal British dishes.
Stem will be led by Jarvis and Head Chef Sam Ashton-Booth (formerly Head Chef of Anglo), serving the likes of hand-dived raw scallop, celeriac and white chocolate; Roast saddle of lamb, dried courgette and basil, or Strawberry, tomato and rosemary.
In addition to strong foodie credentials, design-lovers will be pleased to hear that Stem boasts stunning interiors. Granite tabletops and aubergine leather banquettes are peppered across the restaurant, but our favourite has to be the hidden six-seater chef’s table on the lower ground floor, where guests can dine on bespoke tasting menus.
