This Christmas, we are giving you the chance to win a host of special prizes in our Regent Street and St James’s competition, in partnership with Evening Standard Rewards.
The Promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and is operated by THE CROWN ESTATE COMMISSIONERS on behalf of His Majesty acting in exercise of the powers conferred by the Crown Estate Act 1961 whose principal place of business is at 1 St James's Market, London, United Kingdom, SW1Y 4AH, referred to below as the “Promoter”, “us” or “we”. The Promotion will be hosted on the Evening Standard rewards page: www.standard.co.uk/esrewards and is free to enter. To take part in the Promotion, simply follow the instructions set out in the Promotion Rules.
The Promotion offers entrants the chance to win a meal for two at Casa do Frango, a lambswool crew neck jumper from Sunspel, and a one-on-one anodising session at the Snow Peak St James’s store for one of its iconic sporks.
Promotion Rules
To participate in this Promotion you must satisfy the following:
1.1. You must be aged 18 or over;
1.2. You must be resident in the UK;
1.3. You may only enter the competition once. Entries made by agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers are not permitted and will be disqualified;
1.4. You are not permitted to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or a direct family member or agent of the Promoter, or if you are otherwise connected with the Promotion;
1.5. By entering the Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Individual Prize/Brand Terms and Conditions
There will be one winner for all three prizes. The winner can choose whomever they wish to share the prize with. The prizes will be as follows (the “Prize”):
3.1. Casa do Frango: The prize includes a complimentary table for two at Casa do Frango, Heddon Street, including 2-3 sharing plates, ½ chicken, 2 sides, 2 cocktails (or half a bottle of wine) and 2 desserts. Redeemable on any day excluding Friday and Saturday evenings.
3.2. Sunspel: 1x lambswool crew neck jumper. Subject to availability.
3.3. Snow Peak: 1x Titanium Colour Spork (Blue, Green, Purple), and a one-on-one anodising session at the Snow Peak St James’s store in respect of the same. Please note that the anodising process can sometimes be unpredictable with unwanted / unexpected colours being produced. Where an anodising result is not as expected or the item becomes damaged, no return will be issued.
General Rules
- Entry period – you can enter the Promotion from 00:00 on 17th November 2022 up until 11:59 pm on 4th December 2022 (the “Closing Date”). Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.
- Winner Selection – All eligible entrants’ email addresses will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random after the Closing Date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.
- Prize – There will be one winner and the Prize for the winner will be as follows:
A meal for two at Casa do Frango; a Sunspel lambswool crew neck jumper; a Titanium Colour Spork (Blue, Green, Purple), and a one-on-one anodising session at the Snow Peak St James’s store. The Prize cannot be used on any other medium including at any concession or store, or any third-party website and, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or code. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by us and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of the same or greater value.
- Winner notification – The winner will be contacted by email by 11:59 pm on 6th December 2022. The winner will be asked to confirm their full name, age, email address and any dietary requirements to claim the Prize and provide proof of identity where necessary. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Promotion if you are unable to provide such details. The Prize must be claimed within 24 hours of the date of our notification to you. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the Prize or any part of the Prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the Prize (or part of the Prize) at our own discretion.
- Disqualification – We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this Promotion or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Promotion.
- Changes to the Promotion - We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- Publicity –We sometimes like to share images of our prize winners enjoying their prize. When this is the case, we will seek relevant consent from the individual.
- Personal Data – the Promoter’s privacy policy is available to view online, as is its fair processing notice. We will process personal data for the delivery of the Prize and any publicity as mentioned above.
- Technical Faults – Neither the Promoter nor ScienceMagic.Inc accepts any liability for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults (or for any other reason).
- Liability – By participating, entrants to the Promotion release the Promoter and ScienceMagic.Inc from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize other than death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter/ScienceMagic.Inc and any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law.
- Law – These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and all participants submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.
