If Gymshark’s Sweat Room doesn’t get you perspiring, we don’t know what will... set within its flagship store on 165 Regent Street, this fitness space hosts up to 30 free classes each week, from pure fitness and HIIT to yoga – just book in advance online or on their app. For something more tailored to you, book to see the Gymshark Pros at the Pro Bench for a 25-minute one-on-one session. Of course, you can’t leave without picking up some of the brand’s iconic fitness must-haves or try something reinvigorating from the on-site Joe & The Juice bar.

PSYCLE WITH A SMILE

Explore a whopping six floors dedicated to fitness and wellness at Psycle, where the key to getting fit and healthy is to clear your mind and have fun. From uplifting playlists to inspiring coaches, this fitness spot at 76 Mortimer Street is sure to put a smile on your face even during the most testing moments of its five signature workouts: Barre, HIIT, Reformer, Ride and Yoga. MAKE THIRD SPACE SOHO, YOUR SPACE

As well as its separate spaces for training, cycling, combat and Pilates, members-only Third Space Soho health club offers something a little different… think suspended glass-floor training area and a performance-enhancing hypoxic chamber set to 3,000m above sea level. If you’d rather something more usual, unwind in the steam room and sauna, make use of its 20-metre pool, or join yoga, barre or hot yoga classes to tone both mind and body.
