The UK’s only permanent bar made entirely of ice (everything from the walls and tables right down to the drinking glasses) ICEBAR LONDON is not to be missed. Once cocktail hour’s over, head to the ‘Below Zero’ restaurant and lounge where a menu of gourmet dishes is available, from flat iron steak with bone marrow to the equally moreish braised pork belly.
