Join us for an inspiring panel-led conversation exploring the role of food and sustainability.
Begin the evening with a welcome cocktail from Sapling Spirits or a non-alcoholic big sipping aperitivo from Botivo including a selection of canapés from award-winning Michelin Green Star chef, Chantelle Nicholson. Delve into a hosted discussion featuring Sheila Dillon (BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme) and expert panelists Mex Ibrahim (Co-founder of Women in the Food Industry), Chantelle Nicholson (multi-award winning chef, author of Planted cookbook and Chef Owner of Apricity in Mayfair), Imme Ermgassen (Botivo co-founder) and food consultants, Harris and Hayes.
