Dive into the world of wild mixology with Flavour Fred. Make your own wonderful wild drinks to drink at home. Whilst you blend your drinks expect to hear about the history, folklore surrounding many of the wild ingredients. This session includes a takeaway infusion. Suitable for alcohol drinkers and non.

Alcoholic: Beech Leaf Noyau | Wild Campari | Elderflower “Sham”Pagne (1-2% abv) | Sweet Woodruff & Fig Leaf Martini

Non-Alcoholic: Wild Bitter Apple Cider Vinegar Infusions | Elderflower Coridial / Vinegars | Douglas Fir Kombucha | Wild Natural Sodas

Professional Forager & Fermenter with 20 years experience in Wild Flavours in particular culinary uses, preservation, distilling and the history surrounding them.  Previously a Wild Food restaurant owner for 10 years with appearances on Countryfile, Food Unwrapped and in The Times.
