Begin with a welcome drink and the chance to meet Mike de Stroumillo of The Wild Room, renowned for sourcing some of the UK’s most extraordinary wild-foraged ingredients. Then, sit down to a seasonal four-course menu crafted by Chef Rishim Sachdeva of Tendril, showcasing a vibrant array of mushrooms and foraged produce, all hand-selected by The Wild Room.

As you dine, Mike will guide you through the intricacies of foraging, sharing stories and knowledge about the unique ingredients featured throughout the menu.
