Ollie Dabbous and Rishim Sachdeva: Chef of the Future
Hosted by Ollie Dabbous (formerly Hide 1*) and Rishim Sachdeva (Tendril) as they produce dishes using future-proof ingredients including Win Win tempered chocolate and Morrow coffee-not-coffee beans.
Watch two young chef protégés from Kingsway College team up with Ollie Dabbous formerly of Hide 1* and Rishim Sachdeva of much-loved plant-based restaurant, Tendril in an exciting evening of cooking and discussion, featuring future-proof ingredients Win Win tempered chocolate and Morrow coffee beans, both supported by The Mills Fabrica.
The evening begins with a welcome drink and snacks, followed by a live cooking demonstration hosted by SMEG’s Head of Home Economist, Clare Edwards alongside Ollie and Rishim. Each chef duo will create a dish on stage using sustainable, innovative ingredients, cooking live with SMEG appliances.
Guests will have the chance to sample mini portions of these ‘foods of the future dishes’.
