This unique experience will take you on an immersive journey, featuring two mini experiences designed to engage and deepen your connection to the future of food, followed by a 2-course lunch served at an iconic spot in St James's.
Visit Compane for a bespoke coffee tasting experience, learning more about sustainable coffee and the importance of sourcing. At Floris, step inside of St James's oldest establishments for an exclusive scents and smells session hosted in the Perfumery, with an introduction to scent profiling, its fabulous heritage showcasing its age-old “Ledger Book”, discover how scents are made and the creative process behind it. Round off your journey with a refreshing welcome drink and two course lunch, served at Quaglino's, showcasing the best of creativity, seasonality and sustainability.

Lockdown Liquor & Co.
Lockdown Liquor & Co was founded in April 2020 during the pandemic by entrepreneurs Natasha and Jack Durling as an initiative to raise funds and awareness for NHS Charities Together. What started in their kitchen bottling cocktails for friends and family has now moved to production facilities in Balham, South London producing millions of cocktails for customers to enjoy at home, in restaurants, pubs, theatres, airlines and beyond.
