Refresh your senses with an aromacology masterclass at Aromaria; a vibrant coffee experience at Bija, then dive into a hands-on fermentation masterclass at The Discovery Zone, led by professional forager Flavour Fred where wild ingredients come to life. End the evening on a sweet note with a delightful dessert from Yokocho.

About Aromaria
Their story begins in 2010 when founder, Ana Patricia Nikaido wrote a novel about a perfumer who loses her sense of smell. During this time Ana Patricia becomes deeply involved in the world of perfumery discovering a new passion for creating unique scents. After many years of research and effort, Ana Patricia Nikaido manages to work hand in hand with the best perfumers in the world to create an unprecedented collection. During her frequent trips to the world's most prestigious perfumery ateliers in Grasse, France, she discovered the enormous potential that the perfume capital of the world offered for the creation of unique scents. Pursuing such passion she created AROMARIA.
About Flavour Fred
Professional Forager & Fermenter with 20 years experience in Wild Flavours in particular culinary uses, preservation, distilling and the history surrounding them. Previously a Wild Food restaurant owner for 10 years with appearances on Countryfile, Food Unwrapped and in The Times.
