Meet Debbie, the Founder of The Wild Wine School, before settling in for a guided wine tasting featuring four thought-provoking sustainable wines each chosen to spark conversation and connection. Sip and savour the wines whilst enjoying a selection of mezze platters.
An intimate evening exploring the future of wine through a sustainability lens. The tasting will delve into sustainability in the vineyard covering organic, biodynamic, and regenerative approaches, alongside innovations in transport and packaging, including wines transported by sail and those in alternative formats.
Climate change will also be a key theme, with wines that highlight both the challenges facing traditional regions and the new opportunities emerging in places like the UK.
