The evening will start with an insightful introduction to adaptogens and functional herbs. Schia breaks down their origins, their nutritional impact and why reconnecting with a more diverse and seasonal approach to food is increasingly relevant in a modern, high-stress world.
From there, you’ll move through a specially curated four-course menu built around a nervous system journey: Ground. Regulate. Nourish. Exhale. Each course is designed to demonstrate how diverse, functional ingredients can support gut health, restore balance, and enhance overall wellbeing, without sacrificing flavour or creativity.
Chef Abhilasha Chandak will lead the culinary experience, introducing each dish and its key components, while Schia decodes the functional benefits behind them - bridging the gap between nutritional science and real-world eating.
