About Temaki
Temaki is a modern Japanese hand-roll sushi bar in Mayfair known for its focus on freshly made temaki (hand-rolled sushi). Originally launched in Brixton in 2021 by restaurateur A.M. Dupee, it gained a loyal following before relocating to a larger two-level space in Mayfair. The menu centres on signature handrolls alongside Japanese-inspired small plates such as crispy rice with premium fish, A4 wagyu sliders, sashimi, and sandos, paired with saké, wine, and cocktails. The restaurant offers an intimate counter dining experience where guests can watch chefs prepare the rolls, blending traditional Japanese techniques with a relaxed, Californian hand-roll bar style.
