It’s time to make a reservation somewhere special and celebrate the ones you love most - but where to go? Trust our top five most romantic restaurants to turn up the charm on your date night.

1. Feel the amor at Sabor

Spanish for ‘flavour’, this Heddon Street restaurant lives up to its name in every sense. Serving up speciality regional dishes from across Spain, Sabor is split across four different dining areas, each bringing a different culinary experience.

For a cosy table for two, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot in El Asador on the first floor, where you’ll find a menu packed with Galician and Castilian dishes like Morcilla de Burgos, Txuletón steak and the famous Tortilla Gallega. When you’re done, pop back downstairs for a sweet treat from The Counter or a swift glass of Vermú to finish off.

2. A match made in Ronnie's

Located alongside Kith’s flagship Regent Street store, Ronnie’s Mediterranean-inspired New York bistro is the work of the brand’s Creative Director and CEO, Ronnie Fieg. Doors only opened in December, so if your special someone is a regular on London’s restaurant scene, here’s your chance to win their heart with somewhere new to dine.

On the menu, classics like Mixed Grill sit alongside decadent dishes like Butterflied Branzino fish, with a premium selection of wines and cocktails to choose from for your Valentine’s toast. You can reserve your table here - we recommend snapping a spot up quickly to secure your date night plans!

3. Bring your valentino to Piccolino

A firm favourite in the city and beyond, Piccolino’s reputation for Italian fine dining needs no introduction. The Heddon Street location features an open kitchen and bar area as well as a heated outdoor terrace for maximum Mediterranean ambiance.

While their fresh pasta is always a winner, Piccolino also curates a seasonal menu centred around a key Italian ingredient, so be sure to see what specials are available, too! Book your table here.

4. Champagne chic at Bentley's Oyster Bar

Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill brings a kind of romantic indulgence that levels up any Valentine’s meal - and when paired with a glass of something sparkling? We’re sold.

A special Valentine’s à-la-carte menu brings dishes like lobster and a sharing Dover Sole for two to your table, and the restaurant’s resident pianist will be at the keys with the romantic soundtrack to your dining experience. Plus, if you’re looking to spend some quality time with your special someone, Bentley’s is also running an Oyster Masterclass over the Valentine’s weekend - more information can be found here.

5. Wagyu with a view at Aqua Kyoto

If your beloved’s favourite meals tend to involve chopsticks, they’re sure to fall in love with Aqua Kyoto. The Valentine’s Day set menu is designed to be shared, with delights like salmon tataki and a sashimi platter for you to taste, as well as a showstopping heart-shaped dessert to sweeten the deal. After dinner, head up to the Aqua Spirit rooftop bar for cocktails, music and city views to swoon over - thank us later!

From 9th-15th February, there’s also an interactive Valentine’s padlock installation for couples to take part in, with the chance to unlock prizes and experiences. Find out more and reserve your spot here.

However you’re celebrating the season of love on Regent Street, we’d love for you to share it with us! Tag us on Instagram @RegentStreetW1 and keep an eye out - we often feature our favourites.
