The Festive Spirits return to Regent Street

Mark those calendars - the Regent Street lights are returning from Thursday 5th November, with a traffic-free event and evening of exclusive in store experiences creating the perfect backdrop to celebrate!

There’s nothing better to get you into the Christmas mood than a wander down Regent Street, under the beautiful lights. This year, we’ll be marking the switch-on by closing Regent Street to traffic from 5PM to 9PM, meaning you can stop and admire the spirits to your heart’s content, with plenty of room to roam and grab those all important selfies. 

Since 2016, the stunning ‘Spirit of Christmas’ lights have sparkled over the heart of central London, and been enjoyed by millions of visitors from across the world. This year though, there’s a new twist for 2026, with new details waiting to be discovered. Make sure you head down to Regent Street on the 5th November to be amongst the first to catch a glimpse. 

And if you could want any more than that, there’s even more festive fun to enjoy across Regent Street and St James’s. Expect entertainment for all the family, and plenty of in-store experiences, treats and offers from some of our best loved shops, restaurants and bars.
