Regent Street Festive Mile Lost Property Policy

In the event of a lost item at an event activation or dwell space:

1. Items will be kept at the activations they are left at

2. If people look to recover items, Security will support and do sensible checks to confirm items are owned by those who claim them (what is the phone number for example)

3. If items not claimed, Jupiter will remove from site, document, and hold for a month
