Press Release
Future of Food Festival
Regent Street and St James’s announce the return of the much-loved Future of Food Festival, which is back for 2026. This year, for the very first time, the festival will take place throughout May, and will offer a vibrant programme of ticketed events, exclusive offers and a brand-new, one-off food market – all with a seasonal spring twist.
From 12th - 24th May, a packed schedule of one-off events will take place across Regent Street and St James’s, hosted by standout venues including Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, Maison François, Scully St James’s, Café Royal Grill, Ambassadors Clubhouse and Michael Caines at The Stafford.
The programme of events will feature dinners, chef-led supper clubs and immersive dining experiences, including a Collaboration Dinner from two Michelin-starred chef Alex Dilling and one Michelin-starred and Green Michelin-starred chef Merlin Labron-Johnson at Hotel Café Royal, while Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill will be teaming up with winners of the 2025 London Oyster Championships Fallow, to host a curated four-course dinner celebrating seasonal British seafood.
For those keen to learn more about foraging, an exclusive menu between forager and fermenter Flavour Fred and chef Scully and a foraging dinner hosted by regenerative grower Poppy Okotcha with Fortnum & Mason’s Food & Drink Studio are must-tries. Alternatively, for feel-good dining, there are supper clubs hosted by official charity partner The Felix Project, in collaboration with chefs Helen Graham, formerly of Bubala and Bettina Campolucci Bordi – both held at the SMEG London.
New for 2026, the first-ever St James’s Food Fair will take place on Saturday 16th May 12pm-7pm, transforming St James’s Market into a lively open-air celebration of food and drink. Visitors can explore a curated mix of stalls, live chef demonstrations and tastings, alongside a line-up of independent producers and purpose-led brands, offering plenty to discover throughout the day.
Alongside the programme of ticketed experiences, enjoy a host of month-long festival offers, exclusive menus and in-store discounts across Regent Street and St James’s.
Mastercard will return as the preferred payment partner for 2026, offering exclusive cardholder rewards throughout the festival in participating restaurants and retailers. Visitors are encouraged to look out for the co-branded symbol to redeem these exciting benefits throughout the month of May.
