Future of Food Festival – Offer Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Festival Offers made available as part of the Future of Food Festival and promoted by Gastronomous Limited (company number 09430663) (the “Event Provider”).
By redeeming a Festival Offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and any accompanying guests.
1. Festival Offers
1.1 Festival Offers consist of discounts or promotions provided by participating restaurants and retailers during the Future of Food Festival.
1.2 Festival Offers are available throughout the month of May, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 To redeem a Festival Offer, guests must notify the venue at the time of ordering or payment and quote the promotional code: “future of food”
1.4 Festival Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended by participating venues at any time.
2. Participating Venues
2.1 Festival Offers are provided directly by participating restaurants and retailers, not by the Event Provider.
2.2 Each venue may apply its own conditions to the Festival Offer, including (but not limited to):
Time or date restrictions
Minimum spend requirements
Dine-in only offers
Exclusions on certain menu items
2.3 Any product, service, or experience not explicitly included in a Festival Offer must be purchased at full retail price.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1 Where a Festival Offer involves alcohol, the offer is strictly available to guests aged 18 or over.
3.2 Valid photographic ID may be required by venues.
4. Offers in conjunction with other offers
4.1 Festival Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless stated otherwise by the venue.
5. Venue Rules & Conduct
5.1 Guests must comply with the rules, policies, and standards of behaviour of each participating venue.
5.2 Any unacceptable behaviour, including conduct likely to cause nuisance, damage, or injury, may result in refusal of service without compensation.
6. Changes & Availability
6.1 The Event Provider reserves the right to update participating venues, Festival Offers, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
6.2 All information provided about Festival Offers is indicative only and subject to change.
7. Liability
7.1 The Event Provider is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services provided by participating venues.
7.2 Attendance at participating venues is at the guest’s own risk. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
