Wiltons x Secret Smokehouse

Wiltons Restaurant and the Founder of the Secret Smokehouse, Max, are partnering for an evening full of Britain's very best seafood. The evening includes an introduction from founder of Secret Smoke House, Max and Wiltons Head Chef Daniel Kent, sharing their vision on the future of fishing with a particular focus on land-based salmon.

Start your evening with Champagne and canapés, with an introduction from Max sharing his vision on the future of fishing. Then make your way to the main dining room, to enjoy a three-course tasting menu, featuring the UK's first sustainable land-based smoked salmon.
